While on a diplomatic mission to Luna, a high-ranking NEO official suffers a nervous breakdown, declares that he is switching allegiance to RAM, and demands protection until someone from Mars can take him "home". The player characters try to persuade the Lunarians to give up custody of the turncoat so he can be taken back to Earth.
