The Days of Knights ships only via United States Postal Service (USPS) 6 days
a week to Domestic and International addresses.
At the customers option, purchases may be picked up at our
brick-and-mortar store in Newark, DE. This option can be selected at checkout.

Please note, items not picked up within 30 days of sale will be returned to
inventory and the customer refunded.
Insurance
All items are safely and securely packed to ensure that they arrive safely.
However, bad things can and do happen during transit. If you are concerned about
your purchases arriving safely, please consider insuring your package with USPS.
Customers inside the United States or Canada may select insured shipping at
checkout. Please note insurance is MANDATORY on shipments outside the United
States and Canada. All shipping options listed for International Shipments at
checkout include insurance.
The Days of Knights will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged
during shipping.
Returns
We take great pride in the products we offer, and make every effort to disclose
as accurately as possible an items condition prior to sale. In the event you
are dissatisfied with the condition of an item upon its arrival, please contact
us. Provided the item was not damaged during transit we will exchange the item
in question for the same item in the same or better condition, any difference
in price to be paid by the customer. In the event the same product is not available
in a suitable condition, we will exchange the item for store credit only. The
Days of Knights will not be held responsible for items damaged in transit. Items
received in a condition other than that in which they were sold are not eligible
for exchange.
